This is the privacy policy of Big Shot Pets, a brand of Full Percent, LLC (“Big Shot Pets”, “we”, “us”). It covers bigshotpets.com, the order and gift pages behind it, and the emails and text messages we send. It is the only privacy policy for this site. Effective September 18, 2026.

The short version: you send us a photo of your pet and a way to reach you; we use them to make and deliver what you ordered. We do not sell your information, and we never share your mobile number or your texting consent for anyone’s marketing.

What we collect

• Your pet’s photo — the one you upload, before or after checkout.
• Order details — your pet’s name and species, the note you write for our writers, what you bought, and the options you pick for each item.
• Your email address — for your receipt, your order link and your finished files.
• Your mobile number — only if you choose to give it, so we can text you your order link and files (and, separately and only if you tick that box, offers).
• Shipping address — only if you buy the “printed & mailed” upgrade: the name, US address and (optionally) phone number the parcel goes to. For a gift, the recipient gives this themselves when they claim it.
• Gift details — if you send a gift: the recipient’s name, your name, your note, and the email address or US mobile number you ask us to deliver the gift to.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe’s own page. We never see or store your card number. We receive a confirmation that you paid, the amount, and the email you gave Stripe.
• Consent records — when you agree to text messages we record your number, the exact wording you agreed to, the page, the date and time, and the IP address and browser you used. This is the proof carriers and the law require us to keep.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type and the pages you view, for security, fraud prevention and simple first-party traffic statistics. Our marketing pages may also load advertising and analytics tags (such as Meta and Google Analytics) that set cookies; your private order and gift pages never load them.

How we use it

• To make your order: your photo and details go into the AI rendering that produces your videos, calendar and prints.
• To deliver it: the order link and finished files, by email and — if you asked — by text.
• To deliver a gift to the person you named, once, by the channel you chose.
• To answer you when you write, call or text.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To send marketing by text only to numbers whose owner ticked the separate marketing box, and only until they opt out.

We do not use your pet’s photo or your finished files in our own marketing unless you explicitly tell us we may. We do not use your photo to build a product for anyone else.

Your pet’s photo: how long we keep it

• If you upload a photo and don’t buy, it is deleted automatically after 48 hours.
• If you buy, we keep the photo and your finished files with your order so we can deliver them, fix them, and re-deliver them if you lose them.
• You can ask us to delete your photo and files at any time — email [email protected] from the address on the order. We delete them and confirm. (We keep the payment and tax record of the order itself, as the law requires.)

Text messages (SMS) and your mobile number

That applies to everything else in this policy: wherever this policy describes sharing information with a service provider, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded. We do not sell, rent or trade mobile numbers, and we do not give them to lead generators, affiliates or advertisers. The only companies that ever handle your number are the ones that physically transmit our messages for us (our SMS platform and the mobile carriers), and they may use it only to deliver those messages.

• Where you opt in: on our order form at bigshotpets.com, on the page where you claim a gift, or on your order page — by entering your US mobile number and ticking a box. Order texts and marketing texts are two separate boxes; neither is ever pre-ticked, and neither is required to buy.
• What we send: order and delivery texts about your order (about 2–4 messages per order). If — and only if — you also ticked the marketing box: new roles, holiday specials and deals, up to 4 messages a month.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
• How to stop: reply STOP to any text. You get one message confirming it and then nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 (954) 448-1888.
• Gift texts: if a buyer asks us to text a gift link to someone, that person gets that single message and nothing else. We never add a gift recipient’s number to any list unless they opt in themselves.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process information only to run this service for us:

• Payments — Stripe, which collects and processes your card details directly.
• AI rendering — image, video and voice generation vendors that receive your pet’s photo and the script for your order so they can produce it.
• Cloud hosting and storage — where the site runs and where photos and finished files are stored.
• Printing and delivery — if you buy the “printed & mailed” upgrade, our print partner and the delivery carrier receive the finished artwork and the shipping name, address, email and phone number for that parcel, solely to print and deliver it.
• Email delivery — to send receipts, order links and files.
• Text message delivery — our SMS platform and the carriers, for the sole purpose of transmitting our messages (see the SMS section above).
• Analytics and advertising tags on our public marketing pages only.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business — in which case this policy continues to apply to it. None of these exceptions permits sharing text messaging opt-in data or consent for marketing.

How long we keep things

• Unpurchased photo uploads: 48 hours.
• Order photos and finished files: until you ask us to delete them.
• Order, payment and tax records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Text message consent and opt-out records: at least four years after your last message, so we can prove we honored your choice.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]; we answer within 30 days and we never charge for it or treat you differently for asking.

California and other US states. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws have the right to know, access, correct and delete their personal information, to get a portable copy, and to appeal a refusal. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information for anything other than providing the service. You can opt out of the advertising tags on our marketing pages through your browser’s privacy controls or Global Privacy Control signal.

Marketing. Reply STOP to any text; use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Children

Big Shot Pets is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. You must be 18 or older to buy or to sign up for text messages. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Photos are stored privately, order pages are reachable only through the long, unguessable link we send you, and card data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and change the “last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. We will never loosen the promise about mobile numbers and texting consent.
