Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Big Shot Pets, a brand of Full Percent, LLC, 1306 Southwest 44th Terrace, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 (“Big Shot Pets”, “we”, “us”). By ordering from bigshotpets.com or claiming a gift, you agree to them.

1. What we make

Big Shot Pets makes AI-generated novelty media of your pet from a photo you send us: short talking videos, a twelve-month calendar, and sets of print-ready gallery images. Everything is generated by AI and written for fun. It is not real footage, it is not a likeness of any real event, and it is not a physical product — you receive digital files.

2. Your photo

• You must own the photo or have the right to use it, and the animal must be your pet (or, for a gift, the recipient’s).
• The subject must be a pet. Do not send photos where a person — and never a child — is the subject. If people appear in the background we may crop them out or ask for another photo.
• You give us permission to use the photo, and the details you type, only to make, deliver, fix and re-deliver your order.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Big Shot Pets to make anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or harassing; to impersonate a real person or business; to pass AI media off as real footage; or to animate an animal that is not yours or your gift recipient’s. Do not probe, scrape or overload the site. We may refuse or cancel (and refund) any order that breaks these rules.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown in your cart before you pay, including any bundle discount. Payment is taken once, by Stripe, on Stripe’s secure page; there is no subscription. You must be 18 or older to buy.

5. Delivery of digital goods

After you pay you get a private order page (a long link — keep it to yourself, it is the key). You upload your pet’s photo and fill in the details there, and each piece appears on that page when it is ready. We also send the link and your files by email, and by text if you asked for that. Every piece is made to order, so timing depends on when we receive your photo and details. Prints and calendars are print-ready files; nothing is shipped unless you add the optional “printed & mailed” upgrade described in the next section.

5a. Printed & mailed items (physical goods)

Gallery sets and calendars can be bought with an optional “printed & mailed” upgrade. The digital files are still delivered as described above; the upgrade adds a printed copy, produced to order by our print partner and mailed to the address you give us. The upgrade is priced separately, is not part of any bundle discount, and the price includes standard shipping.

• United States only. We mail to addresses in the United States. We can’t ship to other countries, and some addresses (for example certain PO boxes or military addresses) may not be deliverable by the carrier.
• Proofs and approval. Before anything is released or printed you get watermarked proofs to check, including the exact spelling of your pet’s name. One free redo per item is included before you approve. Names and proofs you approved are printed exactly as approved: a reprint for a mistake in an approved name or proof is at your cost, while anything that arrives damaged, misprinted by the print shop, or different from what you approved is reprinted free.
• Timing. Printing starts once you approve your proofs. Production normally takes 2–4 business days and shipping a further 4–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers and holidays can add time. You get a tracking link by email (and by text if you opted in) when the parcel ships.
• Your address. You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct address. You can correct it on your order page until the parcel goes to print. If a parcel is returned or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may charge the cost of printing and mailing it again.
• Gifts. For a gift, the person receiving it gives their own shipping address when they claim the gift. Nothing is printed until they do.
• Made to order. Printed items are personalised and produced just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind. Colours on paper can differ slightly from a screen. Damaged, defective or missing parcels are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us.

6. Gifts

When you buy a gift you give us the recipient’s email address or US mobile number and ask us to deliver the gift link to it, once. Only give us a number whose owner would be glad to get that message. The recipient uploads their own pet’s photo and receives what you chose; they never see what you paid.

7. Refunds

If we can’t make something that looks like your pet, we redo it or refund you. The details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Who owns what

• Your files are yours to use. Once you have paid, you get a perpetual, worldwide, personal license to the videos, calendar and prints we make for you: watch them, send them, print them, and post them on your social media, with no watermark. The one thing the license does not cover is reselling them or using them to advertise another business without asking us first.
• Your photo stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
• We do not use your pet in our marketing — not your photo, not your finished files — unless you give us explicit permission.
• The site, the Big Shot Pets name and logo, our scripts, formats and scenes belong to Full Percent, LLC.

9. Text messages

Our text message program is Big Shot Pets Alerts. If you enter your mobile number and tick the box, you get order and delivery texts about your order (about 2–4 messages per order); if you tick the separate marketing box you also get new roles, holiday specials and deals (up to 4 messages per month). 10. Disclaimers

AI output varies. We work to make every piece look like your pet, but we do not promise a particular artistic result, and the service is provided “as is”. The scripts are comedy: nothing our videos “report” is a statement of fact about you, your pet or anyone else. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. Please write to us first — most things are fixed with one email.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies to that order.
