SMS Terms

These are the terms of Big Shot Pets Alerts, the text message program of Big Shot Pets, a brand of Full Percent, LLC. They apply together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. The program

Big Shot Pets Alerts is how Big Shot Pets texts customers about the custom pet videos, calendars and prints they order from bigshotpets.com. Messages come from +1 (954) 669-1699.

2. What we send

• Order and delivery texts — your order confirmation with the link to your order page, a one-time reminder if your order is still waiting on your pet’s photo, and the message that your files are ready to watch and download. You get these if you entered your mobile number and ticked the order-texts box.
• Marketing texts — new roles, holiday specials and deals. You get these only if you ticked the separate marketing box. Buying something does not sign you up.
• Gift delivery — when a customer buys a gift and asks us to text it, the recipient gets a single message with their gift link. No further messages follow unless the recipient opts in themselves.

3. How you opt in

On the order form on our website, on the gift claim page, or on your order page: enter your US mobile number and tick the box for the kind of texts you want. The boxes are never pre-ticked and the order-texts box and the marketing box are separate. You can also text START to +1 (954) 669-1699 to turn order texts back on after opting out. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can buy with just an email address.

4. Message frequency

Order and delivery texts: about 2–4 messages per order. Marketing texts: up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency varies with your orders.

5. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts; your mobile plan might.

6. How to opt out: STOP

Reply STOP to any message at any time (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too). We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and after that you get no more texts from us — order texts and marketing texts alike. To come back, reply START.

7. How to get help: HELP

Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call +1 (954) 448-1888 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET).

8. Carriers and delivery

The program works on all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and their prepaid and partner networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your phone; if a text does not arrive, your order link and files are always in your email too.

9. Who can sign up

You must be 18 or older, the number must be a US mobile number, and it must be yours (or you must be authorized to opt it in). If you change or give up your number, reply STOP from it first, or tell us, so the next owner is not texted.

10. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. We may end the program at any time. If we change what we send or how often, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
